The Admirals are off next week, 11/2/7 and Titletown, Wireman, Adopted Admiral and myself are looking for the best game in the state to visit next week. What are our options and why? Can we Tailgate with you?

May be, but on our Field Turf you won't find a speck of mud.... if Danvillee ever plays at belfry and you find a 6 inch layer of black rubber pellets though, then something fishy is happening HAHA

 

But seriosuly though, I am willing to put money that there will be no better atmosphere, matchup, and passion than the Belfry vs. JC game. If there was ever a high school game (aside from trinity vs. X) worth driving 5 hours to see, this would be it for this season.

The sprinkler system is not as effective at the CAM as it was at Vipperman, for some reason. Not as useful, either. :lol:

 

But if you can make the drive, then make the drive. Weather should be chilly, but not much chance of rain there this weekend.

Bell Co. goes North to Lexington to take on Tates Creek. Bell could be 9-0 after a victory tonight over Leslie Co.

 

Look for LTC to beat Bell Co. !!!!

I look for it to be a doozy in Olive Hill come friday night. The Comets are going to be playing a teed off group of Rams from Raceland. Should be a barn burner.

This is the game we are leaning toward. Pretty easy drive and should be a very good game.

Since I won't be traveling to the 'ville, I might take in that one too. It's always a great battle. Maybe see you there. :thumb:

Been a few years since the "outing" at Oldbird's house before the Danville/Highlands game. Hopefully we'll see you there if we make it to the game. (I only have one vote amongst the AdVan passengers, but my vote is being cast for the BW/NC game.) However, Henry's tailgating proposals are always difficult to pass up....................I bet those guys would tailgate at a spelling bee competition if the opportunity arose.:sssh:

If I weren't going to Lexington with Lady Pep to watch the Rocks I would be visiting that game for sure!

This is one of the oldest, if not the oldest, rivelry in the State of Kentucky, maybe in this part of the country. Both are pretty evenly matched for the first time in a long time.

 

If it gets a little lopsided by half time, you can travel two blocks East and two blocks South and take in the second half of the St. X / Cov. Cath. game.
