October 18, 200718 yr A little analysis for a change .... The Bulls won in New Brunswick the last time they played there (2005). That was a day game. Rutgers beat USF in Raymond James last year, but only by holding off a furious comeback in the last 2 minutes and breaking up a Bulls 2 point conversion with no time on the clock. This is a night game. What is the temperature going to be? The Bulls have never won a game in temperatures lower than 48. The same team that beat WVU in Morgantown (temp 52 at the noon game time) last season also lost to Cincinnati and Louisville by large margins when game time temperatures were at or below freezing. In 2005 they wrecked thier chance of winning the Big East outright when they lost at UConn in freezing temperatures. Just for giggles....the Louisville -vs- USF game last year kicked off with the temperature being 42 degrees.
October 18, 200718 yr Ray Rice has a huge game as Rutgers beats USF. Rutgers 24 USF 21 I'm in this camp. While I'm certain that the Bulls won't win going away as many are predicting, I also think that Cinderella's run is about to be fizzled. I can't get the picture out of my head of Rutgers' stadium emptying after knocking off UL last year...I think we'll see a redux this evening. Rutgers by 3-7 points. That being said, I think USF is a great story. :thumb:

October 18, 200718 yr They are showing the game on the jumbotron in the USF Sun Dome (basketball venue). Students only though. I think the basketball team will be there to watch, as well. They'll finally get to see what a sellout looks like in that place.
