1 - With great sadness, never watch TV again. I simply can't live without the internet.

2 - Be stuck in an elevator for 24 hours. At least I might have a job waiting.

3 - Central Harlem.

4 - Unknown minor league baseball player. They probably still get paid better.

5 - Carol

6 - Deaf and incredibly good-looking. Couldn't do without eyesight....

7 - Limitless supply of money but it's all in change. I'll roll the coins and turn them in for bills.

8 - Magical world of Harry Potter. Easily.

1. Never watch TV

2. Miss the bus

3. Harlem

4. unknown minor leaguer

5. Becky

6. deaf/good looking

7. 100,000 year

8. I truly despise both and would have to choose death before living in either world.

I'm trying to remember the last time I heard about a bombing in Harlem.

It has to be better than living inbetween "Iraq and a hard place."

Couldn't resist. It's in the movie Hot Shots Part Deux.:p

Never watch TV again

Elevator

Middle East

Baseball player

I'd be fine with either...

Deaf if I wasn't mute

Give me the change, I'll hit up the coinstar machine

Harry Potter

Of course, ONE crime in the Middle East can wipe out 500 people, right?

I think you're basing your perception of the Middle East solely on what you've seen on the news. Do you think the media reports on anything positive in the area? Of course not. Bombs exploding are the big news.

But let me tell you- I lived there for a while. The people are incredibly friendly and loving. They are more intrigued by Americans than anything else. You can walk down the street and garner a dinner invite simply by talking to a shopkeeper.

So I guess I can sum it up by saying- don't pigeonhole the ME based on what Katie Couric says.

Never watch TV again. If I need something from TV, I'll see it on the internet.

Be stuck in the elevator.

Central Harlem. Heck of an interesting place.

Unknown minor leaguer. Would play that game for meal money.

'Becky." Lori Loughlin does it for me more than Suzanne Somers.

Rather be blind than deaf, regardless of what I'm doing. I can't imagine not hearing my boys.

Limitless supply of coin.

Lord of the Rings. Don't know Harry Potter at all, feel more comfortable in my quiet hobbit-hole.

Best wishes. When the bombs start dropping, call me collect in Harlem.

Oh, my mistake. I didn't know that bombs were being dropped on every city in each of those countries. Whew, thanks for the heads up. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Live in the magical world of Harry Potter or the fantasy world of Lord of the Rings? NEITHER

1)Never watch tv again, you can catch most anything on the net now.

2)Be stuck in an elevator, I'd be confident I'd nailed the job.

3)Central Harlem, less suicide bombers.

4)Playing in the minors would probably be a blast.

5)Marry Becky, she's hot.

6)This one actually required some thought, I guess be blind if I'm born that way. Plus then looks would never factor into who you date or how you perceive others.

7) I'm sure I could handle just the $100,000, however I'd take the endless supply and simply buy things to roll the change.

8)Lord of the Rings is way cool, and Harry Potter is way not, so I'm definitely going with Lord of The Rings.

Never watch TV again. I could watch the shows I like on the internet, and there's FAR too much information on the internet to ever give it up! Plus, what would I do with out BGP? :eek:0

Be stuck in an elevator for 24 hours after an important job interview, or miss the bus and never make it in the first place?

Be stuck in an elevator for 24 hours. It was important!

Live in the Middle East for a year or central Harlem?

Live in the Middle East...assuming I got to pick the city. :D

Be an unknown minor league baseball player or a famous professional badminton star?

A famous professional badminton star. I have no chance of being any kind of baseball player!

Marry Becky from "Full House" or the mom (Carol) from "Step by Step"?

Neither, but I'd marry John Stamos (Jesse from Full House!) :D

Be deaf and incredibly good-looking, or blind and the world's greatest musician?

The world's greatest blind musician!

Have an limitless supply of money but it'd have to all be in change or get 100,000 dollars every year for life?

Get $100,000 every year for life.

Live in the magical world of Harry Potter or the fantasy world of Lord of the Rings?

Harry Potter...seems more fun.

Come on guys only answer from the choices given too!

Thanks for the fun! :D

I do not doubt the affability of the fine folks in the Mideast.

Katie Couric doesn't need to report the good news as long as there are still whackos setting off bombs. It could be the most beautiful place in the world but as long as those whackos are still there the lack of good news on my nightly news has little relevance.
