July 9, 200719 yr Country Western Music Award Shows Do not take this as a personal shot. It is not in anyway intended as one. Any time I hear someone refer to today's country music as "country and western," I know that person does not ever listen and probably has never really listened. The days of Roger Miller and Porter Wagoner have been gone for decades.
July 9, 200719 yr 1-Poker 2-Paint ball fighting or whatever it is called. 3-Survivor 4-The real world(is it still on MTV) 5-Braves VS,Yankee game 6-C-Span 7-The Amazing race 8-Darts 9-Soccer 10-Dog shows 11-Elimidate 12-Americas next super model(Or whatever it is called) 13-Inked(I thought this was a joke but it really is a show) 14-Hunting 15-Fishing 16-Desperate Housewives(Is this another show where the wife cheats on the husband?) 17-QVC or any other home shopping station. 18-So you think you can dance 19-Dancing with the stars 20-C-SPAN 2 21-x-games 22- Big Brother 23-Wife swap-Or what ever that show is called 24-Extreme Makeover: Home Edition 25- Supernanny 26-Making the Band(mtv show) 27-Run's House(mtv show) 28-Pimp My Ride(mtv show) 29-Anything speech given by the current president of this great country. 30-Notre Dame football 31-Notre Dame basketball 32-Gay,straight or taken(Some new show I just seen advertised) 33-Food eating contest 34-The apprentice 35-Sopranos 36-Pirate Master 37-The Singing Bee I'll watch all of the bolded, but none of the rest. The Amazing Race is actually REALLY cool, given that you get glimpses of exotic places all over the world. Extreme Home Makeover is worth watching for Ty Pennington alone. But, those stories of those families are heart wrenching, and I really do think the premise is one America needs to see. Notre Dame Football-HELLO! It's football! I'd watch 3rd grade flag football if it were televised. Sopranos-LOVE IT! How can you NOT love a neurotic bunch of mobsters? :lol:

July 10, 200719 yr I WILL NOT watch hardly anything unless it is on DiscoveryHD or for that any HD channels. If it is in HD it is not worth watching.
July 11, 200719 yr Any soap opera. Mixed martial arts (or whatever they call that "sport" where one guy lays flat on his back for most of the "fight" and wraps his legs around the guy on top). Any reality show. Including American Idol, Survivor, Dancing with the Stars, MTV's shows about people living in the same house, etc. Televangelists. Hannity and Colmes. The LOGO channel (not that there's anything wrong with that; just not my particular cup of tea). After living at home with 4 sisters and a mother that would put a whuppin' on me or anyone that would turn the channel off of their soap opera's I glad I don't have to watch them anymore thanks to my own place and the good ol' satelite.(DirecTv). I watched the BODOG fights and Wrestling. I don't watch any Televangelists. No to Hannity and Colmes. No to the LOGO?? I'm guilty as charged of watching American Idol, just for the audtions of it. Now I'm watching Shaq's Big Challenge, Super Nanny, Wife Swap.
