How did the kids from Ky do?

 

DS U16 went 3-1 as mentioned earlier in the toughest pool in the tournament. They matched up well all over the court including inside. Both big guys who seldom were on the court together averaged double figures and outplayed their counterparts in every game. The guards for DS did a great job against a lot of pressure. Considering they have not practiced at all it is not surprising that a full court press like DC Assault's got us flustered at the end of the game. Out of 4 games their are only 7 minutes they would like to have over.

 

I did not see DS East play at all. I saw DS West play once and they looked really good in their consolation game.

The 15U adidas OBC Patriots made it to the championship game but got beat by 1 in overtime to the KC Pump N Run
