The procedure went like this TV picture begins to roll You tell your little brother to turn the vertical hold It doesn't work, and you throw a pillow at said brother You finally get up and mess with the vertical hold It almost works for a half a second then rolls the other way You turn it back, playing vertical hold ping pong for 5 minutes Finally you decide this isn't working and you whack the set, usually on the right side. Then again, then once on top. If that doesn't work, you try turning the TV off, and then on again repeatedly hoping one time it will come back on and quit rolling. Repeat the last step, only instead of turning it on and off, you change the channel back and forth from 3 to 4 about 50 times. You go back to the vertical hold button and repeat that procedure You finally either decide you can watch it like that, or you turn it off and go outside and play.

May 11, 200719 yr Putting a stack of 45s on the record player. Chemistry sets that had REALLY cool stuff in them. Metal toys that had lots of small pieces. Getting the top hits list from WAKY and WKLO (Louisville area). Stingray bikes, HO car racing.
