April 29, 200719 yr Yeah, I just saw this on the second day coverage. Theoretically, this makes New England a monster on offense. But will Randy Moss be a prize or poison?
April 29, 200719 yr Michael Smith just made a great point. Moss is going to be a totally different player in New England because of their winning ways that are already in place. Moss's bad side comes out when losing is happening (Oakland). The Patriots are going to be ridiculous.
April 29, 200719 yr Looks like they are going to come to PBS and kick our butts again this year. Ouch. Moss still runs in the low 4.3 range they say.
April 29, 200719 yr The recent knock on Moss was about his attitude and that he has lost his speed. It was reported on ESPN that he has been in Fla. working out and was timed at 4.2 - 4.3 in the forty. Moss IMO is still one the best WR the game has seen. With the right attitude and work ethic, Moss will be very productive as a Patriot. I hope he realizes the opportunity before him and makes the most of his situation.
April 29, 200719 yr Randy Moss just lost a fan. I had his jersey at Marshall,Minnesota and Oakland. It will take more than Moss for me to own a Patriots jersey.
April 29, 200719 yr Well this is great. I mean Tom Brady has been doing great without and kind of good receivers to throw to and now he all of a sudden has 3 very good receivers and not to mention a great tight end as well...
April 29, 200719 yr And they get him for a 4th round draft pick (Bowie of UC). Wow. The rich get even richer.
April 29, 200719 yr Is this a good deal for the Patriots? Does this make them the favorites to win the Super Bowl?
April 29, 200719 yr The Patroits are stock piling on talent. It is going to be scary seeing so much talent with Bellichek's coaching.....
