He also said that he wishes UK fans would realize that the world does not revolve around Lexington. Pretty harsh words, but this is what he said. On ESPN radio. This is the same guy that said a few weeks ago that there was no way Tubby would be a candidate for the Minnesota job. Then he was giving credit for breaking the news, yet it was all over the news out of Lex before ESPN even had a ticker roll on it.

March 27, 200719 yr Billy D, his wife and his dad have all given Katz the scoop over everyone else in the media? I don't buy it... I agree. Katz is not the one I would trust to keep a secret and you know that IF Billy were coming to UK, he would not want this to get out right now in the midst of the final 4. That would be ridiculous.

I listened and not once did I hear him say he talked directly to Billy. I didn't hear him say his family didn't want him to take the job either. Were we listening to the same interview?

My sources haven't told me anything to lead me to believe that Billy is seriously considering anything. I think all of these rumors and talks stem from the fact that UK is ready to offer something, and they are assuming the Billy is going to accept.

I agree to an extent but can you say your sources have given you info that would lead you to believe there is no chance Billy goes to UK? Go back to the conversation we had Saturday about recruiting. Did that sound like he wasn't interested???
