He want to be #1 in the nation, not #1 in the state of KY... :rolleyes:

I would guess that if you polled all the SEC schools on which has better home court, that majority would pick Florida. I bet he sees those same 23,000 fans who turned on Tubby.

I am leaving this great job in Florida because I am not in the paper enough.:lol:

I hope that in UK case they have some better reasons than this...:jump:

Why would anyone leave Gainesville, Florida for Lexington, Kentucky?

He's building something special at Florida and over time can become their Rupp so why would he want to leave for what is not now considered a step up?

I have wondered that from a recruits standpoint also.

I don't know if he will take it but he will think about it long and hard, besides he has not resigned a contract with Fla. and has a clause in his contract that he could leave for UK. Also he is not happy being second fiddle to football and was disappointed with the gator fan support inthis post season and has said so in public. Bball is king at UK and he knows that.

I don't believe this at all! I listen to Andy Katz who spoke with Billy and I think he would have mention that. But it makes for good drama...
