February 25, 200719 yr Way to go Cards...big win on the road... I Love seeing Jim Calhoun and UCONN go down...
February 25, 200719 yr UConn gave it all they had, but the Cards were always quick to answer. Very nice W, and all but eliminates UConn from at large consideration...
February 25, 200719 yr Someone might wanna guard that Dyson kid next game. But nice win for the Cards.
February 25, 200719 yr Great game for the Cards! It was good to see solid basketball for 40 minutes. Great team effort and another big confidence booster for Caracter. Now we have a week off until the Senior Night 'Red Out' against Seton Hall.
February 25, 200719 yr That's 5 in a row for the Cards...They've won 9 out of their last 10 I believe...Gaining steam at the right time...Glad to see it...:thumb:
February 25, 200719 yr To add: I don't like Thabeet...He fouls more than anybody on the floor, doesn't get called for it, and flops on the defensive end...I also thought it was humorous that UConn had to foul Louisville FIVE times in the last minute BEFORE UL got to shoot free throws...At the same time, the Cards had 9 team fouls...
February 25, 200719 yr Very solid for the Cards. I wouldn't wanna see them next month. Is Jim Calhoun still complaining about where UCONN is ranked?
February 25, 200719 yr UConn isn't very good right now, but I feel their pain. They are VERY young right now, just like UL, but our youngin's have started playing together a little sooner than UConn's...In a couple years, both teams will be very dangerous, IMO.
February 25, 200719 yr The way UConn shot the ball, I feel relieved to get a win. Way to finish it out, Cards! :thumb:
