February 21, 200719 yr The problem is, UK could play well and still lose to Vandy. They aren't title contenders, but they are live competition. Definitely true... I understand that this Vandy team is top 25 and they have built a pretty good resume for themselves since conference play started. That and their distinct homecourt advantage are very scary going into this game. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see Vandy get this win on Sunday, but I think and believe that Kentucky can pull it out.

I sure hope you're right, but recent play leads me to think that the Cats will be down by 18-20 by the 10 minute mark of the 1st half.
February 22, 200719 yr After watching the Cats last night at Rupp.,it's hard to tell. Now,if they play like in the late 1st half and in the 2nd half of last night game, they will be ok. If not,well then no way and the season just might be over. I was thinking last night while I was watching the Cats made fools of themselves there early in the 1st half and got behind 28-12, that the season was over then.But again they prove me wrong and came back and won and that effort gives me so hope for this Kentucky team. But will it be enough for the Vandy game? If the Cats can slow down their 3 point shooting and make a few of their own,they can beat this team. It remains to be seen. As for making any predictions on this game, still a little early, wait till about Sat. when I have a little more feel about this game. But I can tell right now that my heart wants to pick the Cats,even if things are not going well for the Cats.
