To add onto this good write up, this will be the big test that the Admirals season has been building toward. The Ads will feed Jayvian Meaux a lot and LCA will be trying to contain him. W.E.B. Du Bois

  • You are correct. LCA will be moving up. You are right it used to be a great rivalry. I hope Danville continues to rebuild and I think they are on the right track.

    Touchdown LCA 21-0

LCA is near top of class, too much for the Ads this year.

wow...wow...wow defending champs what you expect.

Danville held to 64 rushing yards on 34 carries. Load the box, one trick pony.

Yeah, I figured this game was going to expose the Ads soft schedule. Du Bois nullified their passing last week and figured LCA would do the same and stack the box.

If it were me with RPI the way it is now a days, I’d have my 2-3 district games, 2-3 RPI boost against big schools, 2-3 50/50 games, and one game probably won’t win but will tell me where I need to get better.

I think not having Trinden Sellers the last couple of weeks is hurting Danville, he's there down field threat. Not saying it would've mattered because LCA absolutely whipped Danville up front on both sides of the ball. LCA is way better than Danville at every position. Danville is not ready for the top dogs of 2A. They are a couple ice cream season's away. They need to get way better in the trenches to compete at the top of 2A. This year has just been a disaster defensively for Danville, LCA had open receivers all night, Danville's DBs are soft and can't cover, the LBs are the only bright spot on the defense. #3 Braiden Ford is a stud for the ADS!

How about when you have 5 district games all against over matched opponents?

Anyone know what Danville’s schedule looks like for next year?

Keeping Caverna, adding Berea and Frankfort.
