What's the relation to the Myrick that played at Covington Catholic this season?

Braeden is his nephew, I believe? They're a close-knit family in Maysville. Rumor I heard is that Robert, and his son will be Colonels this fall.

Why didn’t they add the Myrick reaction to that?

I have seen a few with some age on them that are all about posting themselves too. I don't think we can just label this as a young coach's problem. In today's world there is a fine line between postin

Myrick at Covington Catholic is the same Myrick who played for Mason County prior to this season.

CovCath could use another assistant coach ?. I think they were at 11 at last count.

The youngest Myrick (Robert’s son), is very talented and I know Mason was counting on him coming through the system and playing soon.

Mason County Schools posted a Virtual Learning Teacher job on Tuesday and posted a full-time substitute position today. I assume the family will take those jobs.

I’d say the Myricks are definitely unhappy because one of them has been an assistant coach for eight years and wasn’t interviewed and found out who got the job on Facebook. Then they give the job to someone who accepted the girls coaching job and left two months later.

Did he really expect to be hired after the family deflection?

Shawn said on Facebook “take all of our pictures down, none of us will step foot in that place again.”

I think it’s safe to assume it may be a bit before any Myricks wear the Royal blue

Looks like the train wreck just keeps getting longer.

Any insight into the other main candidates?

No...I've not heard any names.

Why didn’t they add the Myrick reaction to that?

Is it just me or does it feel like Mason County is overdoing it at this point? lol

Is Mason County doing it?

Or is one individual doing it?

I am assuming the schools run those team accounts posting everything? Or can anyone create those pages and run them? I honestly don't know how that works. But if it says "Mason County Boys Basketball" on Facebook, I'm assuming it is sanctioned by the school, including the content they post, somehow?

Fair question. Creating energy and enthusiasm? Creating unrealistic early expectations?

Usually the coaches run the pages or have someone associated to the team run them.
