  1. Ray Valentine is brother of former national champion player at Louisville Robbie Valentine. Ray was assistant at Eminence with Dale Brown as well as a former assistant at Georgetown College briefly. Most recently was middle school boys coach in Franklin County. He will treat Berea like it is the UK job and he should have a good group returning this season.
  2. I had previously meant to ask this last weekend after going to the Bowling Green & South Warren game. Is the Ohio State committ, Jantzen Dunn for South Warren our with an injury or is he sitting out this season? If he played I must have missed him but don’t remember seeing him in the game while looking online at the stats he hasn’t played in a game this season but is on the roster. If he will play this season, I would like to go see him in person.

  8. If JCPS chooses not to play or not to start their season in September with the rest of the state, that doesn't mean they have to cancel their season. Rumblings are they could still begin their season in October, play their district games and participate in the post season in Kentucky.
  9. Sam Vinson, 6'3-6'4 guard from Highlands has received offers from Toledo and Miami Ohio within the last week. Vinson will be a top contender for 9th region player of the year this season.
