Kentucky needs to add two more players to this roster. It is alarming to read the positive feedback that Moreno is getting from pro-scouts. I do hope that Moreno decides to come back for around the same amount of money he would be making in the pro's where he is slotted to be drafted, as I think a sophomore season puts him into the lottery. If he decides to stay in the draft, and Kentucky needs to add three players, then we are in for an EXTREMELY long winter!

I have, and I'm on other forms of social media, and I will kindly disagree with your assessment. 

As many misses as coach Pope has had in this cycle. He could still potentially put a very good team together next season, depending on these last few possible additions. With the NBA deadline to drop out comes up in two weeks. There could be a few very good players available, and UK should have the money to make a serious run at some of them. Since they have missed out on most of their other guys they went after.

I don't see much happening here, he might be lucky to get Moreno back.

A good or bad speechless? I don’t mind this addition. He is not a bad backup center to have. He is physical and can block shots and older. With that said, he has an injury history. So if he gets hurt again, I don’t want to hear people use injuries as an excuse again for Pope. As Pope knows he has an injury history and going with him anyways.

It would be bad.  Mark Pope can't compete in the SEC, much less the national level, with the type of talent he is bringing into UK.  Why can't he and the people around him see that?

I would say they are aware of the situation.  Bad thing is you can't make kids come to UK.  They have to want come/be paid to come (is more like it). When you swing and miss as much as Pope has done this offseason, you have to end up settling!

I fully understand, But if Pope can't sign decent kids, maybe it's time he's gone.

While as you know I don't really think Pope is the guy to lead UK. I also don't think the roster is as bad as you make it seem here. While they have swung and missed on a lot of the guys they wanted. I really do like the new two starting guards he brought in. I think the backup center is a very good pickup, as you need a strong physical presence like him. 

If Pope can find away to get one of the guys who is currently is testing the NBA draft waters, like the Iowa State transfer who was the top 3 point shooter in the country last year. Then this roster suddenly doesn't look to bad at all, especially if Moreno comes back. The PF from Europe also is a big athletic guy who can shoot the ball. 

I think a lot of the swing and misses definitely has been a bad look, but Pope has a chance to make this a really good roster still IF Moreno stays and Pope can land one of these guys testing the NBA draft waters.
