Idk about that I watched the Greenwood vs BG game. Their defense is pretty stout. GW is better than MNH imo. I wonder why they haven’t cracked the top 10.

I would agree with you.  Greenwood played BG and South Warren close.  They are not a team anybody wants to see in the playoffs when the weather gets cold.

I agree with y'all as well.  Greenwood is sneaky good and has gotten better every single game.  Their DC is in his first year for them, so they had to learn some new things and it has been good for them.  I still think O would win, but to say they would blow them out, I do not see that at all. 

I second that SCR. You can have a great run defense, but when you don't know who has the ball it adds a whole new set of problems.  An aggressive defense is going to have problems with the wing T offense that Scott County runs.

I’ll give Wofo their respect, they earned that #1 spot. I didn’t really know much about them but I will definitely start my research before the playoffs. I hope the Devils will get to face off with Wofo at some point in the playoffs.

This season a lot of their 2027 starters are from Lexington and played with my son in Middle school, so that's why I'm rooting for Wofo, but they are a genuinely talented group. 

I know OB is always a threat, I remember all the playoff games against Douglass. Admittedly, I'll need to look at the Devil's recent defense. Can yall stop Wofo? And of course, can they stop you guys? But Wofo is so high octane on the ground and in the air...

Offensively we’re like mirror images of each other from I’ve seen. Our defense is pretty good as of late. But haven’t really been tested since wk 4.

Owensboro's simply on a level they can't reach now.

MNH yes, that much has been proven, but MNH appears to have peaked early and is falling off. 

Greenwood... no. South didn't run Greenwood off the field, and we have seen South play Owensboro this year. Owensboro is a very good team this year in 5A... but this is not an overly strong 5A pack, which means all of the top teams, Owensboro included, are vulnerable in some way or another to the Apollos, Greenwoods, and Collins in the playoffs.

Good loss by BG. I’d move them up to 2, and Atherton down to 10.

They are going to get their chance…they will most likely get Bowling Green at home round 3, if they do that, they come to RASH stadium to face the Devils for the Semi’s - if there are no upsets.
