Il see Owensboro as the highest seed in semis, so it will be Woodford vs. Cooper/Scott and Owensboro vs Atherton or BG

I believe you have it correct, I think it'll be Owensboro/Bowling Green and Woodford County/Cooper, personally. But as I mentioned in the RPI post, it will require North Laurel to beat West Jessamine in round 2, as they should.  If they don't, then it becomes impossible for more than one of Woodford County/Cooper/Scott County to make the semifinals unless Pulaski County had somehow lost prior to round 3.
