A pretty shakey first quarter by both offenses, but Cov Cath easily took control of the game in the 2Q.

The Colonels roll to a 62-15 win and spoil homecoming night for the Pioneers.

    Congrats to CovCath on the running clock win. It's so funny that McPapa hit the score on the head (at halftime).

    Needed a big thunderstorm at the half. But I wouldn’t have wanted all those hairdos ruined, so there’s that.

    Hope SK can learn from the loss and give Beechwood a game next week. Cash is a nice player and SK couldn’t get close to him all night. 

    On defense SK never hired a defensive coordinator. They gave it to a current coach.

    - Pretty sloppy to start the game but it's great when your QB can take it to the house from anywhere on the field. Cash has a different gear than everyone else on the field. 

    - I think Jr. Mac Cogswell is our best receiver. Gets on the DBs toes QUICK, a good route runner and has great long speed. Hope to see him get more touches. 

    - Johnny Lind was living in the backfield all night. Really nice player on the DL.

    Interesting. Just curious what happened in the past 6 days in the update thread you posted that the Pioneers were playing great defense and are up for the challenge and the offense is really clicking.
