I was told Cov Cath won today's JV game 41-0. Evidently they held the Simon Kenton offense to "only 1 or 2" first downs in the first half.

I thought Charlie Reeves (#56) played very well last night.  Got some pressure on QB. He had a 7 total tackles and a sack!

Young qb.

Do you think the problem was the QB or the line?  From what I saw, he had 2-3 seconds to get rid of the ball.  He was plowed multiple times with no protection.  Their overall performance was embarrassing! I hope they tighten up this week.

Line is slow and he needs to get rid of the ball faster. Defense was minus 3 starters that hurts alot but next man up.

Ouch! New coach, same old result.

Is it true SK's practice chant is "beat Ryle"? If so that's hilarious. Certainly has the making of another 1st half running clock game.

Ryle can't even beat Cooper. Cooper has never beat SK.

I'm sure you got to watch last year's 37-0 embarrassment, correct? This year will be worse.

Ryle has as many wins vs CovCath the last 2 years than SK has in their entire history!

- Pretty sloppy to start the game but it's great when your QB can take it to the house from anywhere on the field. Cash has a different gear than everyone else on the field.

- I think Jr. Mac Cogswell is our best receiver. Gets on the DBs toes QUICK, a good route runner and has great long speed. Hope to see him get more touches.

- Johnny Lind was living in the backfield all night. Really nice player on the DL.

Harney averaged 15 yards a carry.  That is impressive and looks like they had no chance of stopping him.

On defense SK never hired a defensive coordinator. They gave it to a current coach.

So you trying to blame the L on that coach???

The defense has been a issues several seasons. Should have hired a really good experienced D-cordinator. I never once blamed the coach.

Did you apply? No one is beating down the doors for long hours of work and little pay in the big scheme of things.
