Burrow's comments yesterday definitely is every Bengals fans nightmare, and it's looking like it may become a reality.

I am hoping that this is sort of Burrow's way to put pressure on the Bengals front office to change how they do somethings. Burrow was all for making sure the Bengals resigned two of his closest friends in Chase and Higgins. So I am not exactly sure if he truly would want to leave them, so I am just hoping this is just a way to put pressure on the Bengals front office.

We are now going to hear about this all off season. So maybe it puts pressure on the Bengals to truly for once go all in, because if Burrow does leave. I wouldn't be surprised if every single season ticket holder also says good bye.

Lou is a good coach and will land somewhere.  But I agree with him being let go.  The defense was consistently mediocre with flashes of really good play.  That side of the ball here needs a new voice.

What?  I'm so excited about paying 2.25 times more for my season tickets next year by having my seats changed from convertible club to club.  (sarcasm intended)

I am right there with you on that! I am already not happy about the seat relocation, and now if Burrow were to leave. Then I would calling the very next second to cancel my tickets if he left.

Carson Palmer 2.0?

You probably wouldn't be able to get through for a couple of days because of others doing the same thing.

If you take the Bengals are a terrible run franchise angle, then Carson's decision is relevant.

No doubt!

Very true! As I mentioned, I truly hope this is more just a way to put pressure on the front office to make changes on how they do things. Willie Anderson had a tweet I just read, that kind of said something similar. Sometimes players need to do things like this in order to get the front office's attention to make changes. So hopefully that is the case, and hopefully the Bengals listen and do just that.

I hope you are right too.  At the same time if I am paying someone $55 million a year the last thing I want them doing is going on "national tv" and saying the cryptic things Burrow said.

Joe should get out and into a competent franchise, that can build around him quickly. Issue I would have if I’m Mike Brown, “hey I paid your boys like you wanted me to and now you wanna bounce?!”.

And the Bengals tried on the OL too.

Can someone tell me what Joe said that has everyone upset? I have watched the video clips. I have read his comments. What is it that he said that got everyone going goofy? I don't see anything in his comments that tell me he is wanting a trade.

One possible explanation of this comment is he is alluding to a possible trade request:

"If I wanna keep doing this, I have to have fun doing it," he said. "I’ve been through a lot and if it’s not fun, what am I doing it for?

Sounds like a stretch to me. It hasn't been a fun season because of the injury and then the Bengals were out of it when he got back. I am not sure how else he or anyone else on the team could feel. Tough to have fun when you aren't winning.

I’m with you VOR, everyone is blowing this wayyyy out of proportion in my opinion.
