Love to hear those additions to the staff. Also heard a sophomore running back named Taylor will transfer to KCD.

And, word is Coach Cobb has rehired Chris Engstrand back to the Trinity staff. Chris was an assistant coach for Trinity a few years ago. Prior to that he had been a Head Coach at John Hardin HS. Coach Cobb already had a very strong and experienced staff. Adding these new guys is even better.

After receiving his first DI offer (EKU) in February, Burns-Crump has now picked up his first Power 4 offer. Many more likely to come for the 6'2" defensive back.

Ashton Taylor did not leave, Engstrand was not hired, Trinity has a dynamic reciever that has transferred in.  This team is going to be dangerous.  Legit 12 D1 players on this team 8 already have offers, 4 to 6 more will follow.

Jahbarri Frost (DL) picked up offers from Eastern Michigan and Western Illinois on Saturday. That makes three so far, including the first from Iowa State.

He'll be an anchor on the first level of Trinity's defense this season.

I think 2011 team had 11 D-1 starters. If they get to 12, will that be a new team record?

If I'm not mistaken, I think the 2020 team (COVID year) had more kids with D1 offers.  At one point, all 11 starters on defense for that team had a D1 offer.  2011 might have had more "quality" if one chooses to say that, but 2020 I think had more quantity.
