Great school , but $40,000 per year. Better hope you can qualify for aid or have stellar academic numbers.

Coach says the F-Aid package is very good if you have a 3.0 GPA and a 24 or higher on the college test.

I've watched some of the Thomas More football games on one of the local stations on here and I wouldn't exactly call them a darn good program.

As far as being able to play at the next level, whether it be D1, D2, D3 or NAIA, I'll be the first to say congrats to the individuals who do get to further their education AND play the sport that they love in the mean time.

I played for Thomas More and have to admit that they have fallen off the past few years. It's a shame because Dean Paul had such a great thing but then he left for a GREAT situation at Ohio Northern. Right when they FINALLY get in a conference and Coach Hallett got them back on track to winning again, Coach Hallett acceps an OAC job (Heidelberg). Even though Heidelberg is not a premeir OAC job, I can understand why Coach Hallett took that position. He just wanted to get back closer to his DIII roots.

Mexitucky, you know I have all the respect for Hanover because Thomas More and Hanover had some slug fest, dang those games were fun. I just think that they have gone down hill a little bit due to two reasons

1) Coach Leonard going to Franklin

2) Mount St. Joe has REALLY picked up the pace lately.

I heard today Will Geisen -Cov Cath signed with Centre College. Jake Staubitz-Holy Cross signed with Hanover College. Both good ballplayers and nice kids.

You know what Centre students and Hanover students have in common don't you? They both got accepted to Hanover.

Heard a rumor that Dane Spoelker from Trinity is going to Centre. Any confirmation?

There is a Centre thread in College sports that has Dane listed as going to Centre.

I can confirm 100%, Dane will be a Centre center!

The Courier-Journal has reported that Trinity WR Kyle

Flynn will be playing for Georgetown College.

Flynn and Nick Petrino hooking up again!

Congrats to Kyle! Kyle and Dane played together for 10 years and lost less than 10 games [total] in that span. I wish they could have kept going... but it has been quite a ride! GOOD LUCK KYLE!

After taking a long, long, long time to make a decision and turning down a few nice offers in I-AA(Brown, Holy Cross, Dayton) Brandon Brown from Covington Catholic has chosen to continue his football days at Washington University in St. Louis

Congrats to Brandon. I know he has really taken his time finding the right fit in a college and I believe he has made a great choice. Brandon will be successful wherever he goes and in whatever he does. He's just that kind of guy.

I think Giesen LB fom CCH has chosen to go to Centre, but I'm not 100% possitive.

Yes, he is. He is listed on the Centre web site for new football recruits.

Good for Jake. He's a very hard worker and was a leader on HC's team. Outstanding young man.
