Couple of thoughts from the game from a Boyle County perspective. The Rebels need to clean up the mistakes and the run defense. Credit Scott County for the misdirection and confusion. 
 

This was a 21-19 game with a little over 24.6 seconds to go in the half. Boyle County got a TD pass. Instead of the running the half out, Scott County attempted a pass that was intercepted. Next play, Boyle County scores. Goes up 35-19 at the half. 
 

Boyle County scores on the 2nd play after halftime to go up 42-19 with a 60+ yard catch from Quisenberry. Scott County fumbles next possession and Boyle County recovers it for a score to go up 49-19. The running clock started after Murphy hit Maddox Hager for a 26 yard touchdown on a seam route to go up 56-19. That was on a 4th and 9 play.

Boyle really turned on the jets.  Shows how dangerous that team is.

I agree Boyle's run defense needs some work. They can score on anybody but we all know defense wins championships.

With that said, I don’t know if they’ll see a run offense that complex for the rest of the season. 

Agreed. I’m assuming Scott County still runs a version of the Wing-T. Living in Tennessee we see it often. If you’re not used to playing against it and the opponent runs it well, it can be a challenge to defend. 

Boyle County's national rank in Calpreps is #31 this morning. St. Edward plays Elder today so depending on outcome of that game Boyle's rating could change a little more or less.

What is the difference between Calpreps and Maxpreps?

I think Maxpreps must use Calpreps because Boyle County's rating is the exact same in both.
