Technically there wouldn't be any due process because we are innocent until proven guilty. 

I think both you and Deuce are advocating for widespread Red Flag laws which will inevitably be weaponized against the people by the powers that be.

Again, there is a way to keep guns from these types of people and not restrict law abiding citizens.

I‘m not advocating for anything, but my only counter is the people are weaponizing against the people.

Hey, folks are nuts, so I get the need to carry. We have more guns in America than people, the debate as far as I’m concerned is over. If we knew there was a magic pill which resulted in 0 gun deaths, but it also meant relinquishing some “rights,” society would flush the magic pill down the toilet and not think twice. It’s the cost of doing business.

We were discussing this. KSP, LCSO, LPD as well as Richmond PD, Williamsburg, ATF, FBI and Marshall's...all envolved. Probably additional units from other surrounding counties.

I'd guess 100+ but that's just a guess.

I would think so.  So I am watching some videos too and have the tv on etc., but I am pretty sure I have heard the other radio channel in the background when either officers or dispatch has their mic open.
