I saw on X, but unconfirmed, that US Army (probably Guard or Reserves) assets (helicopters and possible manpower)are being used and it's  possible that Lexington SWAT has joined the search.

The guard has a group of guys that do both helicopter and long term/long range reconnaissance. They offer their services all over the commonwealth to assist with investigations that are in remote or hard to navigate areas. Essentially any time they are utilized it serves as real world training opportunities for them. To my knowledge they don't ever help with arrests or anything like that, just reconnaissance and surveillance.

Still haven't found him that is crazy.

One guy from that area, not involved in the search but, very familiar with the area said, that if the shooter was on the run through the woods that night, there is a good chance he fell off of a cliff along the way and is laying dead at the bottom of drop-off.

This is my guess. He is dead. Either by accident or by suicide.

The dogs would smell the dead body though.

KSP helicopter seems to be focused on one area.

Several booms heard in background, sound like flash bangs.

This area is across HWY 80 a few miles south of original location.

KSP PIO has arrived on the scene which means they may make an announcement soon.

This area is around 35-4000 feet from a major exit in London.
