The (2-0) Atherton Ravens make the trip from Louisville to take on the (2-0) Yellow Jackets of Woodford County. Both teams come in giving up 14 points or less on the season.

Atherton (2-0) travels to Woodford County (2-0).

Atherton is coming off a 41-6 blowout win over Web Dubois.

Woodford County is coming off a 42 -0 win over Paul Lawrence Dunbar.

Neither of these two teams have been tested so far this season. This is a top 10 5A matchup this week and should be a great one.

Atherton is really stepping up in competition here and it will be interesting to see how far they have come and if they are ready for the stiffer competition to be a legit contender in 5A. I'm one person who believes they are and I'm very eager to find out. I can't wait to see everyone's thoughts on this one.

I'm with you, this is a big game for Atherton. The Ravens have shown themselves to be a top 15 team in the class but can they be more? Beating Woodford would be huge, but even a close, competitive ballgame would tell me a lot about Atherton. I'd probably pick Woodford County since they are the home team but this could be a fun game.

Figure they’d be more chatter in this one. Where is the Atherton fans at?

I'm a Nino White fan! Pulling for the Ravens in this one. #KnowAGuyWhenYouSeeOne

GREAT Game here!  Looking forward to hearing the updates on it.

I'm picking Woodford because they are at home and not sure the last time Atherton won a challenging road game.  But I like Atherton and loved their story last season.  This is a confidence builder game for both teams.

With Scott County having issues, is Woodford County the leader for the district race now?

If Atheron wins, will they lose another regular season game?

If the Ravens are good enough to beat Woodford, they're good enough to wax most, if not all of the remaining schedule. If Atherton wins this week, I say they go 10-0.

Woodford wins a tight one.
