My All-Time favorites are peanutbutter balls or as some call them buckeyes. Peanut brittle has quickly become a close second as my wife has mastered the process of making brittle. Third may be peanutbutter fudge, made by my wife's Aunt.

Bourbon Balls are a rare treat, but if made correctly they are awesome.

Old Fashioned Fudge

2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons Hersheys cocoa. Stir together in a saucepan. Add 1 stick of salted butter and 5 ounce can of Carnation evaporated milk. Stir until boiling.  Keep a boil for 7 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts if using.  Stir for 3 minutes and pour into a butter dish to set up. Cut into squares.

When I was working full time, we had a lady in the office that made what she called pretzel candy and brought it in every year around this time.  Pretzels, peanuts, in some kind of white stuff I guess folks like to call white chocolate.  I LOVED that stuff.

Potato candy (The white sugary dough rolled up with peanut butter?  If so my Mom made it every Christmas.  Loved it.)
