I think it's disrespectful that FSU is ahead of Georgia in the final rankings. 55th strength of schedule didn't help FSU.

Well to me that ranking shows the farce this all is.  If Bama beating Georgia was the justification to move up four spots and in so doing to jump over an undefeated ACC champion, why drop Georgia below FSU? It's all so convoluted.  They can say whatever it is they want to say, but if they were holding to the concept of the four best teams, Georgia is one of those teams despite what happened last night.  But that's not what they're doing.  They're mixing and matching resume and "best", because they're not going to be able to use one or the other exclusively to make the ranks they just made.

This. You can’t use “the best four teams” to keep FSU out and not put Georgia in.

So you believe they are honestly a top 4 team? Or you just think they deserve it?

What upsets me more than anything is that they have put all of this on Jordan Travis. Now, I don't really believe that's what drove this.  The morning before he got hurt, the talking heads were already trying to push the narrative that in this exact scenario that Alabama should get in over FSU.  So the groundwork was already there.  Travis getting hurt just handed them the excuse.  Jordan Travis is one of the greatest Seminoles ever, means so much to the program.  They have dropped all of this on him so that he can carry guilt/burden/belief that him getting hurt kept his teammates out.

Yep. This was already in the works, Travis getting hurt was a gift to the committee.

People want to say last nights game hurt FSU. No it didn’t, they already knew they weren’t putting FSU in. They could have won by 40 last night and it wouldn’t have mattered.

I don't think that scenario was floated for Alabama, because no one thought Alabama could/would beat Georgia back then.
