Louisville 94 UMBC 93

Featured Replies

Cards survive to go 1-0. Giving up 93 points to UMBC is atrocious and if the defense doesn't significantly improve they won't win any games in the ACC.

Well there is always Notre Dame.   The Louisville/ND matchup up has gone from really great basketball to playing for last place this season I am afraid.

They still aren't going to win more than 10 games. That game last night was abysmal, and it's sad to see people celebrating it.

UMBC is the second worst team on the schedule.

What or who is UMBC?

University of Maryland Baltimore County. A few years back they upset #1 seed as #16 seed in NCAA tournament. They play in the America East conference.

An after thought.  University of Maryland Baltimore County

Louisville fell 30 spots in KenPom to 139 after last night's win. That's how bad UMBC is.

A win is a win.   They won't see many this year playing like that.   Enjoy it, but get better.

UMBC will be tough in their conference and will be a pain to more teams than the Cards.!

They were projected 6th in their conference pre-season.

Nice win and keep moving forward Ville, everyone is down on you, let’s go!!

My optimism isn’t high but hopefully things will get better.
