Same thing happened at Dixie Heights, especially on 3rd down. Loud music played over PA nearly until the snap. I am going to look for a rule on that.

Most people agree shouldn't be done.....noticed they never did it when PT had the ball, so what does that tell you?

Rule 2 reads in part:

2. No disparaging, taunting, or boastful comments--especially between opponents trying to intimidate each other. This includes, name calling or personal attacks toward any member, username, team, or school. Additionally this includes a pattern of posts that inflames or incites other posters (i.e. trolling or gaslighting).

I stated earlier, artificial noise isn’t allowed once the ready for play is blown. Should’ve been shut down right away.

It's not why we lost.......trying to ramp the crowd up but shouldn't be done.

I was there, didn't pay any attention to the PA guy, it's not as bad as it has been in the past in volume level. What do you think happened to Mayfield whrn they couldn't score in the 4th wquarter like they normally do especially near the goal line?

It was unusual.

While watching the video the music wasn't really noticeable during the game. You could clearly hear the PA guy revving the crowd up on big plays. 

I went back and watched some of the 4th quarter when Mayfield had the ball and on the plays I watched (albeit I didn't watch them all) when I could hear music in the background it always stopped when it should have, prior to the teams getting set at the LOS.

What about when you run a no huddle offense and the qb is calling out the plays?

I didn't look for that specifically. If you see it on the video, let us know when it happens time wise. I'd really like to see if PT was breaking the rules.

It’s sad when a team hasn’t beaten someone in 17 years and when they finally do someone has to start grasping at straws to question the validity of the win and try to take away the thrill of victory from players,coaches and community by questioning the loud music.
