Not sure I could do the long term move as long as my parents are still around.  But I told my buddy today that a house in Florida or South Texas for the winter is very appealing.

A month in the winter I would be ok. The three+ months in the summer in those places are much worse than our winters up here to me.

John Rahm comes from 2 behind Koepka to win by four.  Phil tied with Brooks for second. 
 

They didn’t play up the LIV thing much on the broadcasts, but you could tell the crowd (am I allowed to say that instead of patrons) was pulling for Rahm.
