IMO, 

Looking at Erik’s staff, Ross Hart or Brian Volpenhein would have to be the easy choice, assuming they are interested. 

If they look to go outside hire, not sure how that shakes out.

Ross Hart is the easy choice here. It wouldn’t shock me if you saw some applications from previous guys, Michael Miller or Rick Shumate. Although I am not sure those would be selected for an interview.

Feel like Ross Hart is the obvious choice. Also wouldn’t be surprised to see some applications come in from Ohio for this one.

I think Ross Hart should be favored, he has to have the best winning percentage as jv coach, all those years with Holmes and seems like every year, his jv team is in the finals at Beechwood.

Was told it’s Ross Hart or Brian Volpenhein’s job if either want it and that regardless of who takes it over between the two, expect to see a majority of the staff stay in place.

Without any real knowledge of the beechwood staff pecking order, just based off of observations it appeared as Volpenhein was 2nd in command to Goetz. 

In games I watched, Volpenhein was the first one Erik turned to, was usually sitting in the first chair, and usually the most vocal to the kids outside of Goetz. 

Again, I could be totally off, just from witnessing a few games.

The funny thing about these two names, I’ve been told that both of them want one of the two to get the job, but was never confirmed that either of them want it themselves lol!

Haven’t heard Rick’s name in a long time. Great basketball mind IMO. Very interesting thought there.

Coached in Indiana a few years after Beechwood but I don't think he is coaching now. Private sector job of some sort and still lives in Indiana?
