Well that confirms it. If you want to get a lot of money out of the Bengals your last name needs to be Brown.

Strained calf?  And ouch.

Saw speculation that it is his achilles, hopefully that is wrong.

If it is his achilles we might as well start talking about 2024.

That does not look good to me.  I am concerned.

Based on that I am going to go with it is his calf and he immediately pulled up to not do anymore damage.

That was my first thought. Teams have become super cautious with these type injuries. Karl Towns had a similar injury this past season that kept him out several months to ensure the strain, just remained a strain. Hopefully it is just a minor calf pull.

That would be a really freaky Achilles injury.  Now a calf strain at the beginning of camp during a hot humid day with a heat index around 100, that seems very probable.

With that said, definitely not a great look for the BodyArmor drink.?

On the video, he already was wearing a sleeve on the calf, so I am leaning toward calf strain.

I hope it is not any worse than Aaron Rodgers was a few weeks ago. I always worry about non-contact injuries.

Someone posted this in a Bengals group, I have no idea if it is accurate or not:

The Bengals have confirmed Joe Burrow has a strained calf. The question now is, what grade? Grade II calf injuries can take 2-4 weeks. Grade III strains can take up to 3 months.
