Here was the response from fox19.com:

Dr. Timothy Pritts said the answer was, “yes, Damar, you won the game of life.”

The fact that he remembers what was going on is a fantastic sign.

Yeah, now I am thinking a full recovery is a strong possibility and that is as good as it gets.

This just in from the AP:

The NFL will not resume the Bills-Bengals game that was suspended Monday night after Buffalo safety Damar Hamlin collapsed and went into cardiac arrest on the field, two people familiar with the decision told The Associated Press on Thursday.

Both people spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because the league is still figuring out how to determine playoff seedings and scheduling. The NFL Players Association must approve changes.

I don't want to disturb all the warm fuzzies on here, but my entire family which included my wife and 2 small sons were drenched in beer simply because of the jerseys we were wearing.  Much of the parking is basically in the backyards of the local homeowners (I had some damage done to my vehicle).  Maybe our experience was the exception, but I have attended games in other cities (like Nashville) without incident.  This event was prior to when Andy Dalton threw the 4th down TD pass to beat the Ravens allowing the Bills to make the playoffs.  Maybe that was when the two fan bases started to become friends.

Flip a coin then for a result for the Bills-Bengals game so that the Bengals have at least some fair chance at the #1 seed.

I would assume the NFL is going to explain it to us at some point today if they have in fact made a decision not to make this game up.

I don't see how you don't play the game, especially when you already have a buffer week built in (Pro Bowl). 

Man, I am elated at his improvement.  I honestly thought he was a goner.  Such wonderful news!
