I think about when OSU finally beat Clemson in an emotional game in the CFP. And then looked like they were sleep walking against Alabama. 

We have Cooper ranked 11th so this is a battle between #5 and #11 in 5A.

I look for Dawson Hosea to get lots of touches this week. Played his career game this past Friday when needed. I’m sure running back duties will be split with Giesler, who is a great back as well. Having a couple nice weapons like that can help balance the offense. Let’s see how the young OC handles it and mixes it up. I’ll have to get updates from my fellow birds as I have another game to be at for with my daughter.

Agree. White is a nice player. Does a little bit of everything. 

Will be interesting to see how a young team like Cooper responds this week. They have improved since the GRC game by leaps and bounds...but you never know. Highlands is a tough place to play. Good luck and stay healthy to both teams!

This game features a lot of guys in the top 10 in stats in 5A. 
 

Coopers Freshman QB Cam O’Hara and Highlands Junior QB Brody Benke both are in the top 4 in the state in 5A for both yards and touchdowns.

Highlands senior WR/do it all type player Charlie Noon is number 3 in the state in 5A with 667 yards receiving and 8 receiving touchdowns. While Cooper Sophomore WR Isaiah Johnson is number 6 in the state in 5A with 554 yards receiving and 6 receiving touchdowns. 

Cooper Senior RB Eli White is in the top 10 in the state for scoring. Highlands kicker Davis, Burleigh is also in the top 10 for scoring. 

Cooper Junior LB Jack Lonaker leads the state in 5A in tackles per game  

Cooper Sophomore Austin Alexander is tied for first in the state in 5A in total sacks for this season.

Highlands as a team is 4th in the state in 5A in scoring, while Cooper is 15th.

Cooper is 8th in the state in 5A in points allowed per game, while Highlands is 19th.

Highlands defense in 7th in the state in 5A in interceptions created.

Highlands should put together a really simple Wildcat package. You put Noon at wildcat in a double TE formation with really wide splits. Have two wingbacks and a FB in motion at the heels of the o line. Maybe put Sam Robinson at the FB. 
 

And the play is just right or left. Blockers just run that direction and take a defense guy the direction you can and Noon just reads the field and does his thing. Almost like kickoff return as a play. It would be so deadly. Run like 2 plays back to back and then go back to normal offense.

I have seen a freshman team in NKY run that exact wildcat package you mentioned at times this year.
