January 2, 200719 yr I just wish somebody would invent the technology to be able to mute everybody in the booth except Barry Alvarez. Somehow, I managed to watch this whole thing without ever catching who the other guys were but they were beyond annoying. I know Barry's got a lot on his plate being the AD at Wisconsin but I thought he did a great job and they need to find a way for him to do more games. I actually didn't mind listening to the crew. I also didn't pay too much attention to them. However, when I did, I thought Thom Brennaman did a pretty good job. He didn't act like he knew the game more, or even as much, as Alvaraz and Davis did. He made a couple comments during the game that went along the lines of "as a fan, I would think that such-and-such, but I never played the game or coached, so what's really going on coach?" As for the game, instant classic. For Zabransky to come back and make some clutch throws on that last drive after throwing an INT for TD was amazing. The guy is a gamer. :thumb:
January 2, 200719 yr This game was by far the best game I have ever watched. Any game that has a hook&ladder and a statue of liberty play in the last few minutes is a game I would watch anytime. I stayed up later last night watching the game than I did on New Years Eve.

January 2, 200719 yr What a great game. At what point does Boise St. step up their schedule and play a few schools from a BCS conference in their OOC schedule? They've been having so much success lately, I think it's time...if their conference scheduling allows it. They did that last year and were drubbed in the opener and the QB never recovered.
January 2, 200719 yr This was the best college football game I have ever seen! As far as Boise State's schedule, it probably could upgrade somewhat, but this IS the same team that smoked the same Oregon State team that beat Southern Cal......who smoked Michigan yesterday....
January 2, 200719 yr Greatest coaching display I have ever seen!!!!! Absolutely Brilliant!!! Why don't they upgrade their schedule?? Boise has been trying that for 6 years, look at the OOC schedules for most of the BCS big boys, they have discovered that there are a lot easier marks than Boise.
