December 29, 200619 yr When Morris helps lead his team to a title as Noah did last year, then I'll put him on the same level with Joakim... When UL wins a game -vs- a D-1 School, we can include them with, UK, WKU, and EKU.
December 29, 200619 yr Most of the names mentioned, are better then Morris, I just don't think Noah is.
December 29, 200619 yr If people believe Morris is going to go up against UF and dominate, you may be in for a reality check. I am as big of a Morris/UK fan out there, but Florida's dominance comes from TWO guys dominating on the interior. Morris may be just as good, but against two low post beasts he could be in trouble, especially without a solid contributor at the 4. I hope he proves me wrong. I believe Morris can score (he did that last season against UF), but can he do as well on the boards and on defense is the big question.
December 29, 200619 yr Randolph Morris WOULD have to be included in the coversation at least. His offensive game is unlimited and his rebounding has improved , he needs to keep improving on the defensive end. However, this kid can play and at least deserves to be mentioned.

December 29, 200619 yr Someone that has to be mentioned as a top 10 is Brandon Wright of UNC is having a big freshman year.
December 29, 200619 yr Author Someone that has to be mentioned as a top 10 is Brandon Wright of UNC is having a big freshman year. He was the best HS player I saw (just one game). I saw Mayo twice(and Walker), Rondo, Ty Lawson, Durant, C-Lo...... Wright was the best IMO. He can handle the ball. He doesn't because of Lawson, but he's capable of going coast to coast.
December 29, 200619 yr My personal favorite big man and somebody who has been sliding under the radar for years is Nick Fazekas. Averaging 20 and 12 for #18 Nevada, just shows how a kid matures and improves while staying in college all 4 years. Went for 19 points and 17 boards against Oregon State and has 10 double-doubles in 12 games.
December 30, 200619 yr Don't forget McRoberts ladies and gents. :thumb: Oden Noah Hansboro Davis McRoberts
