Lex Cath has gone all but extinct on here and the  Boyle faithful doesn’t have too many frequent posters left. Their kids have graduated and younger people in general don’t go too far outside of social media for any type of information. It’s all about Tik Tok and Snapchat nowadays.

I’ve been here almost since the beginning and seen hundreds come and go.  For me I don’t post as much as I used to and just seem to post more on sticking up for Boyle when the haters hate.  I like to go by a Chuck Smith approach.  “We let our pads do our talking”.  
 

Since I brought up Chuck…….Chuck Smith can win a game of connect four in 3 moves!  

I like Boyle to win nicely in this one. I have watched there film. Looking very good! 

Looking forward to my first Boyle v Lex Cath game. I’ll take the rebels by 2 tds.

Boyle County holds an advantage in the series 19 - 13, with the first game played in 1997, and has won the last 7 matchups.  In those last seven wins, the Rebels have scored 40 or more points in every game.  Each time the teams have met in the postseason the team that won in the regular season has been victorious in the playoff game.

So I guess I've seen Boyle beat Catholic 19 times and got say that I have loved every one of them! 

It's hard to compare teams from one season to another because of personnel, schedule and the like.  But I thought it odd that LexCath fired their OC after last year when scoring points wasn't their issue.  They are scoring about the same this year but giving up 8-10 points a game more.

LexCath hasn't beaten the Rebels since 2016 regular season! The streak continues... Boyle by two scores!

If the Knights win it will be a close high scoring affair.  After the Knights game with Lexington Christian the favorite needs to be Boyle. 

As George Ewen, who started the sword/helmet tradition, said - they will need "Find a way."
