Yes. But there's supposed to be possible thunderstorms and heavy rain at game time. Turf doesn't stop lightning, and you can't play in a monsoon, even on turf. But Beechwood and other turf fields are the only places that have a chance to have games played today.

    Should be a great matchup today or tomorrow.

    At this point in the season, these two squads appear to be Tier A in the 9th Region. Lots of season left, but this game should tell us a lot about both teams and give a nice preview for what's ahead in the post-season.

    The Twitter accounts for both Cov Cath's and Beechwood's baseball teams are saying Wednesday...that's what I was going off of.

    I just spoke to an admin assistant at Beechwood's main office, who followed up for us - Covid attendance restrictions have been lifted for outdoor activities, and anyone can attend tonight's game.
