Santa Clara may be able to surprise some teams. The announcers mentioned that they beat Stanford @ Stanford.

Kentucky has a long, long way to go.

Gald to get the win, but the Cats are far from being a good team yet. Hope they can get it togather before they start SEC play or else.

Decent team + UK/UL hangover = Not so fun game.

Next up is UMass.

Would like to have seen Harris play a little more, he got in for a possession or two.

Stanford has fallen since the departure of Mike Montgomery but I'll give the Broncos props, they were a feisty bunch. Same old song and dance for UK minus a bunch of turnovers, still sluggish in the half court, still get out rebounded a bunch on the defensive side.

The Broncs were top 10 in the nation in rebound differential.

They beat Utah and Pacific, and murdered Stanford, and fought Nevada to the wire.

Blue and whites looked ugly tonight, but W's nonetheless.

I was at the game tonight. Hate to say it, but the Cats are just not that exciting to watch anymore. Ball movement was terrible. At times on O it looked as if they had no idea what play to run. Defense was marginal. Morris had an awesome game on a positive note.

Best part of night: Watching my daughter's face all night as she took in her first Rupp experience.:thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Utah is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down.

Cats are winning but will have trouble winning two in Big Dance this year.

I think its a little early to rule them out of the tournament already. They are sucking it up, but surely Tubby can build some improvement before March.

After every game it seems like Im saying well, it wasnt pretty, but a constant has been the freshmen play. They play hard, and while they make mistakes they make up for it with effort and desire. We need more consistency from Bradley, Crawford, and Perry. If those 3 will step it up and be consistent to go a long with the freshmen and Randolph it will be a big help!

Crawford and Perry have been misssing in action, one has to believe if Bobby will ever approach 50% of his '06 tournament self, Crawford on the other hand is starting to look like a bust.

This team dribbles way, way, way too much.

They need to make the extra pass instead of the extra dribble.

When they get rid of the ball and spread the court in transition they are fine, offensively. When they decide to slow it down and grind it out in the halfcourt set it's ugly. Very ugly.
