How?  She can go to Walgreens like everyone else and not put people at risk.  It is drive thru testing.  Just because she is rich doesn’t mean she should be expected to do things differently than the rest of us po folks.

A private company can’t put others at risk by refusing to do a Covid test, but a private citizen can put others at risk by not getting vaccinated?

If she isn’t staying home until she gets tested and gets her results then she is putting vaccinated and unvaccinated people at risk.

She (and they) are also the ones complaining about not being able to do what they want to because of Covid protocols. They are the problem they are complaining about, because they are too ignorant to get a shot.
