LCA got out early 14 to nothing in the 1st quarter.

Somerset scored 21 unanswered in the 2nd half to take the lead. 

LCA the struck back quickly to tie it and then take the lead.

 

LCA looked quicker and more precise all night. Passing game LCA was throwing to open receivers all night while Somerset struggled to complete passes down the field most of the night. Somerset's old friend the Yellow Flag was out in force tonight as they once again committed several penalties that were uncalled for. Hopefully the players that were dinged up tonight can recover quickly for both teams and I expect them to meet again in a few weeks.

No doubt about it, 2A is really interesting this year with these two teams along with Mayfield and Beechwood.

Great win by LCA but every year we seem to see these games flip flop in the playoffs so everyone keep watching.
