It took Chuck a few years to get Boyle back cooking in his return. Smith's biggest success comes when he can get a Middle School crop up to the Junior ranks... then it just builds momentum from there.

According to many close to the program the level of talent is supposed to be exceptional in the next three years.  So perhaps a new coaching staff could breathe some fresh air into the program.
