Simon Kenton filled one of their open slots with CovCath. We may not get that Pioneer-Shamrock game this year.

Scott County only has 8 games and is showing a bye for November 6. Great opportunity for a match-up there...

Look, I'm one of the biggest Trinity homer out there. In a regular season game in 2018, Cov Cath wins by 7. However later in the year, playoffs week 3, I'd give the edge to the Rocks by 3.

I am surprised that Simon Kenton has scheduled Comcast, no way they would schedule Trinity.

 

Would it be a shocker if Trinity was unable to schedule two of their open dates? I just don’t see many schools wanting to play them.

I won't be surprised at all.

I've got to think with the hit they took to their schedule, Trinity is likely to be offering some definite financial incentive for other teams to play them - potentially to the effect that the Rocks would be asking the other team to consider shuffling their schedule around in order to fit in Trinity.

Lex Cath has a Oct 2 notable bye in their updated schedule. Scott County with a Nov 6 bye. Boyle County and Johnson Central are both yet to post any updated schedules. Take note, Trinity fans.

A few teams with bye weeks in their updated schedules that could possibly be talked into shuffling their schedule around for Trinity's sake (if the price is right)...

I do not think scheduling anyone less than a 5A school in Kentucky makes sense for the Rocks.

I would say there are less than ten teams in the entire state of Kentucky that should even think about playing the Rocks, especially this year.

Honest question...is Trinity better off opting for a 5 or 6 game regular season instead of playing a Lex Cath or a Boyle County in order to have 7 or 8 games?

If the money is right they should be able to get a team to schedule them. If it isn’t a quality opponent it wouldn’t surprise me if they dressed some young players to get some Friday night playing time with the 60 player rule. 

I saw on twitter some Trinity players giving the North Hardin coach the buisness  for playing Belfry instead of them. I get they are not happy only having 5 games but seems disrespectful to troll the coach.

If you're North Hardin, no sense in playing Trinity during the regular season especially if you don't have to.
