December 8, 200619 yr Don't look now, but I didn't put an $ in the post you quoted... :sssh: I saw that and some others as well. However you managed to take a shot once again so there is little difference. A skunk still smells no matter what direction he sprays. We both are guilty so it all equals out.
December 8, 200619 yr Even Maurice Clarett wasn't stupid enough to do an interview and admit to everything!
December 8, 200619 yr Calm down Raider, I was just having fun trying to get someone fired up, guess what..............it only took 12 minutes to show that it worked  My point is that NO ONE is "squeaky clean" and my comments like the post above are all in good fun. Having been around the sport at that level, I can assure you that it goes on everywhere. You are correct, no one is innocent. And I didn't take offense to what you said, just taking some playful jabs back at you.
December 8, 200619 yr And your comments were correct OldRambler!!! All programs have problems at one time or another it is just when you are one of the best teams in the country year in and year out some have a hard time letting go when a program corrects it mistakes and moves on. Everyone wants a shot at you when you are on top. First off, I want to preface this by saying that it is not meant to be a shot at OSU at all. As you can see in my previous post, I am well aware that this type of thing goes on everywhere. UM has had a major incident in the BB program in the past. But honestly, when has OSU corrected their mistakes? At what point did they "correct" the MoCla situation? How about Andy Katzenmoyer? Or Troy Smith for that matter? My problem with OSU has to do with their blatant disregard for the rules, as evidenced by the NUMEROUS violations in the last 10 years. I know it goes on everywhere, but if your dumb enough to get caught(ALL THE TIME), then you deserve everything that comes to you. And for the record, people were taking shots at OSU for this type of thing back when John Cooper was still losing to Lloyd. :walk:

The last time I checked OSU is the # 1 team in college football and will be playing for the National Championship so it appears to me and evidently to the NCAA also that they have corrected the problems. If a problem has occured this season and the NCAA had taken action against them for any violation then all the negative talk is expected. You say you are not taking a shot but indirectly you are. However that is your choice, I have no problem with that. The problem I have is anytime someone comes back in support of the OSU program or in non support of a negative post that same courtesy is not extended. I currently have some close ties to the Buckeye football team so any insults hit close to home. If they are legit fine, I have no problem if not then I will as others have said, shoot back. And as you say, for the record. People have been taking shots at OSU since Tressel has been thumping Lloyd. But this thread is not about OSU so let's get back to the original subject.
December 8, 200619 yr Hey guys I am now living in Lakeland . I have been casually checking up on this. Now apparently he has a high powered attorney for Polk County here in Florida representing him. The story now is that he made those comments as a joke to the Miami papers. I don't know and don't have the time but go to Tampa Bay Online and I think it is TBO and look "Chris Rainey" has been cleared by the Lakeland School Boards investigations to actually play in the Titile game aginst Ft. Lauderdale's St. Aquinas team. The Lakeland Athletic Director said he would return the title trophy to FSHAA if any or all allegations were found true about this situation.
December 8, 200619 yr Man when I was in high school I got free food from places in town, guess that made me a professional and I jeopardized my amature status
December 8, 200619 yr Wrong doings? Are YOU pointing fingers? People who live in glass houses should not cast stones. And my friend, you live in the most fragile glass home ever. You have this old quote wrong. People who live in glass houses should change clothes in basement.
December 8, 200619 yr I don’t see a problem with it. I mean, I dropped an ‘F’ bomb in a thread a few days ago. Yeah, we were talking about a 14 year old who got suspended for drug use from a public school and I decided to turn the thread into a Trinity/X thread but I thought it was necessary. It’s not like I revealed that TD is a woman…
December 9, 200619 yr Author My man already has a td and a blocked FG at the end of the first quarter. His team is up 7-0.
