The future looks bright for the Cats. Not sure about this but on the UK radio broadcast they said that Kentucky was able to redshirt their entire freshman class and has a top 20 recruiting class coming in.

For what it's worth, VTech instigated everything that happened as far as the trash talk, punch being thrown etc. Still not sure how I feel about how it was handled but without being there I'm just an outside observer forming an opinion based on pictures and video clips. No trust me I get it. Stoops is a tough guy, I think he wants a late 80’s Miami Hurricanes team on the field. They play to his personality, Alabama said a year or two ago, it was the most physical team they played. UK has scrappers and that’s what they want.

Honestly it's what they're gonna have to have to win in the SEC. They're never gonna out talent the top teams in that conference, just the way it is. They can make a play or two with grit and physical toughness though.

Either way, doesn't matter. Back to the game. Fantastic win for UK today and moves them to 2-0 against 2 of only 4 ACC teams that finished over .500 in league play. I'll take it.
