Im not a fan of UM, UF or OSU but I know that I didnt want to see a rematch. Ive saw them play once and thats all I needed to see. Personally I dont think the outcome would have changed any unless OSU would maybe win by more a second time around.

If both OSU and UM win as it stands now, we don't second guess anything because OSU has already beaten UM.

 

It just makes logical sense to put UF in over UM.

Let's follow that "logical" sense. So OSU wins by 3 in Columbus. Logic tells us that homefield is worth at least 3 points in college football(and for sure Vegas tells us that). So on paper they are even. Now with your logic, if UF loses and USC loses, we have two teams that, at a neutral site, are even.

I don't think that would have been the case at all. I heard several coaches over the course of the season say; "lose one and your done". I believe it applies here.

Interesting how so many people are giving Florida no chance at all against Ohio St. It sound rather familiar, like maybe last year when everyone said USC was going to kill Texas.
