Controlling tempo, is a must for UK as they can't get into an up/down game, with UNC....must shoot well from 3's and minimize second chance points for the TarHeels.

UK - 71

UNC - 85

It will be a closer game, than most expect...how's this for going out on a limb, UK might even lead at halftime....just a feeling I have.

Do the Cats have a chance in this one?

Can Tubby-ball produce enough points to stay within 30 of Roy's fast paced offense?

Your Tubby-ball like some of you like the call it could be the thing that might keep us in this game. You seen what happened when we tried to go up and down the court with Memphis, we played with them for a half but then didn't have enough for the 2nd half. Also as you seen last night OSU tried to go up and down the court with them, and they ended up losing too. So Tubby ball as you all call it could be the thing that gives us a chance, because if we try to go up and down the court with them, we will be in trouble...

Hey its basketball. Who knows what will happen. On one side UK has had a lot of practice time here lately and a fairly easy game on Tuesday. UNC has 1less day to prepare for UK and is coming off a hard fought win on Wednesday night. Coach Smith has had time to address a lot of the issues this team has and we should be ready to go.

On the other hand they have a lot of size and athleticism and we have done a poor job lately with our transition defense.

I think it will be a close ball game and come down to the final couple minutes anyways.

I have no doubt UK will defend better than OSU.
