I got to sit down and have a beer with all three of my brothers and my wife's brother for the first time in a long, long time on Saturday. Good time with some good folks.

Daggone....are you down in Florida then, I take it?

I see Big Blue Madness on the horizon. Also plan on watching copious amounts of football while enjoying some good bourbon as well.

Yes sir! Tampa, my favorite part of Florida!

And next Friday will take us on something more of an adventure than lunch at the college cafe. We will be heading to Ireland and Scotland.

Insanely jealous!!!

I made the trip back in 2015. Did the touristy things, but did some independent stuff too. Went to the races at The Curragh (Dublin), and went Northern Pike Fishing while in Edinburgh, Scotland.

I hope you have the wonderful weather that we were blessed with. Never removed my rain suit from the package. Enjoy the mushy peas. :)

Enjoy yourself, take it all in, and buy a souvenir Golf Shirt from St. Andrews - Costly, but such a great conversation piece.

In Louisville as we speak. Uber to the airport, Louisville to Atlanta, Atlanta to Dublin. Three days in Dublin, highlighted by a cross-country trip to the Cliffs of Moher, a Guinness tour, a Jameson tour and a step over the line into Northern Ireland to visit the Belleek porcelain factory. Then four days in Scotland which will include golf at St. Andrews, a day of castles, a sunrise hike to the top of Edinburgh then down through “the royal mile”, with a half-day trip on our final full day to the town where William Wallace kicked English butt in the late 13th century.

After a brief dance with death last year, I’m looking forward to every minute.

Absolutely love that area. I hope to live there one day!

I don't have to work Monday. Love those banking holidays. :lol2:

I can see why! I love it down here, so much to do! I would miss my change in seasons though. I can only take hot so long. :lol2:

Yeah I don't need seasons. I can visit Kentucky for that. :lol2:

Erin go Bragh!

You have a full plate, but if you can work it in , do the Ghost and Ghouls night tour in Edinburgh. Those guys knew how to torture @mcpapa
