Homemade ice cream here. Banana, to be specific.

The professionals at Graeter's, Haagen Daz, Ben & Jerry's, Edy's etc. have employees that need money. Hand-cranking those things is waaay to much work for me.

I'm sure this is a ME issue, but I've yet to try a homemade ice cream better than UDF or Graeter's.

 

On the flip, homemade Brownies are AWESOME.

That is just ridiculous! Middle brownie pieces are the best! No hard edges.
